We specialise in home insulation: The most common form of insulation is to make sure your cavity walls are insulated. Alot of older buildings have solid walls or no insulation. There are many types of cavity insulation from “Full Fill Insulation” where the cavity is completely filled with insulation, to “Partial Fill Insulation” where the cavity is partly filled with insulation, but maintaining a min of 50mm air flow around the cavity. Older buildings that have no insulation but have a cavity would require the insulation to be injected. This is achieved by drill holes to the outer skin of brick work, and pumping a foam like insulation into the cavity.
